25 Weeks along - we have picked a first name for our beautiful baby girl!
Her name is Amelia! And here is why...

The two Amelia’s who’ve changed my life
The first was my first
economics professor my second semester in college, during the semester long
class I not only changed my views on economics (from boring to exciting) but
inspired me to change my major from Piano performance to Economics before the
end of my first semester with her. Dr. Amelia Beihl changed the path of my life
completely with her passion and excitement about her field. Amelia opened my
mind to new ideas and solutions and inspired me to research deeper into many
things. She never pressed her own beliefs on me but through explaining the
alternatives she taught me to think critically, be more open-minded, and
develop my own opinions. Because of her and the way that she inspired me I have
met life-long friends that I wouldn’t have known otherwise, I have jumped into
new experiences that I wouldn’t have considered, and I have grown as a person immensely.
The second is my unborn
daughter – I can’t think of a more inspiring name to give to her than Amelia; a
name that so many brilliant women have born proudly. Although she isn’t even
here yet she has already changed my life completely; she has made me strong and
changed the way I think about life, for her I would reach up to the stars and
pull them down. I look forward to meeting her face-to-face and seeing the way
that she continues to change my life.

far along? 25 weeks!
Total weight gain: ~13 poundsMaternity clothes? Ordered a pair of shorts… Hurry up sunny weather!!!!
Stretch marks? None yet
Sleep: So many weird dreams and so many aches and pains : (
Best moment this week: Deciding on A NAME FOR OUR BABY GIRL!!!!!

Movement: Lots of movement – she likes to dance!
Food cravings: Fruit – all the time!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nothing this week

Labor Signs: Nope, but feeling a few Braxton Hicks this week

Wedding rings on or off? On… except when I forget it like I forget everything else!
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy!
Looking forward to: Getting the details of the baby shower settled and the BEAUTIFUL invitations sent out (look out for these – they are SUPER cute)
