18 Weeks - IT's a girl!

IT'S A GIRL!!! <3 

We went to the doctor today and we found out that it is a girl!!! How exciting!! And here are some wonderful pictures of our beautiful baby girl!!!!!!

How far along? 18 weeks!!!
Total weight gain: 6 pounds according to the doctor! WOOHOO!!!  Maternity clothes: Went to Target with Jeff today and bought some new maternity clothes - a pair of jeans that aren’t too bad looking and a couple shirts and a dress :) YAY for Jeff <3
Stretch marks? None yet
Sleep: Not sleeping too badly, a few problems here and there - last night I stared at the ceiling for a while thinking about coupons.   Best moment this week: Finding out the GENDER today!
Miss Anything? Normalcy
Movement: LOTS! This GIRL is ACTIVE!!!

17 Weeks 2/17/13

Happy birthday to me..... on Monday February 18th!

I am getting so big! It is getting hard to hide under my clothes; baby is the size of an onion now but my tummy looks like there is much more than an onion hiding in there!

Special visitor Caitlin who is staying with us for the weekend made this board for us : )

How far along? 17 weeks

Total weight gain: My home scale says that I have gained 3 pounds so far! We shall see if my OBGYN believes that I have gained anything!!
Maternity clothes? I pretty much live in yoga pants and leggings, jeans are a thing of the past. I am still in this awkward not really big enough for real maternity clothes and too big for my jeans phase – super fun.   
Stretch marks? Not yet, starting to apply lotion all the time to try and avoid these!
Sleep: Tired and sore all the time still, I am beginning to rethink how much I enjoy having a water bed…
Best moment this week: I have two!!! Monday Jeff and I went to the casino (we had a free room!) and gambled (I just about broke even!) and then had a nice relaxing night in this beautiful hotel room with a big giant bath tub. AND I started to feel a little movement this week!!!!    
Miss Anything? Lots of things.
Movement: Started to feel a little fish that likes popcorn!!
Food cravings: Nothing in particular this week
Anything making you queasy or sick: Just getting random queasy-ness a few times throughout the week
Gender: Unknown – We find out February 27^th!!!!!!

Symptoms: SOOOO much heartburn

Happy or Moody most of the time: Still pretty moody but Jeff has been so amazing this week so that has made me really happy : )   
Looking forward to: Going out for my birthday!  

Jeff got me an orchid and a rose along with some yummy chocolate for Valentine's Day : ) What an amazing man! 

16 Weeks 2/10/13

Baby is the size of an Avocado and my tummy is growing!!!! Starting to get seriously real over here!

How far along? 16 weeks

Total weight gain: My home scale says 2 but my doctor says I am still the same weight
Maternity clothes? Still rockin the leggings and yoga pants, going to go out and buy a couple items this week or next week J   
Stretch marks? No
Sleep: Sore neck and upper back and toss and turn a little but I sleep a lot  
Best moment this week: Spent lots of time cuddling with Jeff J   
Miss Anything? My energy!!
Movement: Not yet
Food cravings: Doughnuts!!!  
Anything making you queasy or sick: Not anything in particular right now
Gender: Unknown – We find out February 27^th!!!!!! Two more weeks!

Symptoms: Heartburn, nausea, exhaustion

15 Weeks 2/3/13

Total weight gain: 1 pound
Maternity clothes? Can NOT button (or zip!) my jeans! Wearing all my comfy clothes
Stretch marks? Nope
Sleep: I have been having very strange dreams, I woke up one night and frantically woke Jeff up saying “they are trying to eat my hands! The Raccoooons!!!!”  
Best moment this week: Jeff said “every time I look at your tummy I smile” :)    
Miss Anything? My energy and tequila
Movement: None yet
Food cravings: Still Citrus and Ketchup, orange juice, lemons, limes… oh my!  
Anything making you queasy or sick: Hunger
